Criminal Deleted 215 Postings On This Site

They must be afraid. This crime was reported to IC3.

    Ive been meaning to ask you a question. Do you have any idea tge timeframe that Padilla was removed from Van Nuys? After Dept. L, was she transferred to another dept? Which department and about when? And about when do you think she was fully gone from Van Nuys?

    Also do you know anything or can you point me in the right direction (statute/code) about “term jurisdiction”? Thank you for your help.

    Ps… What is IC3?

      IC3 is a law enforcement agency that works with the FBI on internet fraud cases, stolen identity, that kind of thing. File complaints at http://www.ic3.gov.

      http://family.findlaw.com/adoption/where-are-adoption-cases-heard.html talks about “jurisdiction”. It is from Findlaw, an excellent site. I wasn’t sure if you meant the term “jurisdiction” or “term jurisdiction”.

      Unfortunately, my stories were wiped out, so I could not tell you the day I wrote about Steff’s move. She was moved to Lancaster Children’s Court, but now seems to be in Antelope Valley Family Law.

        Oh wow! Thats what you meant? That all your posts were wiped out? Wow. Ok. Thanks. I was actually talking about term jurisdiction such as the amount of time after an order that the court still has jurisdiction to act without the filing of a new motion.. such as correcting a misadvertance of not recording an order in the.minutes. Theres a certain amount of time known as term jurisdiction where they may correct an error only during thar term without a new motion (nunc pro tunc) to do so. Im thinking term is a year but not sure. THANK YOU. HOPE YOU GET YOUR IC3 issue resolved.

      Thank you Gangster Girl. CCP 473 does not currently apply due to the 6 month timeframe has expired. However, I will be using FC 3691. 🙂 THANKS!

        Looks like something was exposed, did you contact wordpress, they have should have these posts backed up, and you should be able to find the IP adress in which the person who deleted all the posts could be found.

    A subpoena is on the way.

    The person stole my computer and so it may look like it came from my IP address.

    One lesson is to back up everything. Another is to sign out of websites every time you leave your computer.

    I’m an old dog, though and just don’t seem to learn all my lessons.

      it could still be in the trash bit, it usually stays there for 30 days. otherwise google caches all web pages anyways so you can bring them back that way.
